NFRA and participating brands, along with well-known
in-school marketing company, Young Minds Inspired (YMI), will be bringing
frozen foods to families this fall with a new school educational outreach
program targeted toward children ages 8-11. Primary messages and resources are
focused on making informed eating decisions for every meal occasion and
bringing families together at mealtime with the quality and convenience of
frozen foods.
Promotional features include: Curriculum Materials for
Teachers, Students and Families will be distributed to 20,000 schools in
September, and will be available to NFRA members year-round; Consumer and
Teacher Sweepstakes; Idea and Resource Book for promotion locally; and themed
Point of Sale Materials for creating excitement in-store.
